Sell at the counter and to the job site without giving away margin or credit.
The till charges and issues SIAT invoices even if the internet drops; the contractor gets their customer and volume price, the job-site quote is negotiated in versions, the credit order is held if it exceeds the limit, and whatever is in stock ships even if part is missing. With several warehouses, purchasing and imports, and receivables by age.
What your business lives with today
- Each salesperson works out the contractor’s special price their own way, and margin leaks away in discounts.
- Material ships on credit to a contractor who already owes too much.
- One item in the order is missing and the job site waits for everything, or nobody knows what is still pending delivery.
- The system says there’s stock in the warehouse, but it isn’t on the store shelf.
What you’ll measure
Sample indicators with illustrative data. In MKA they are computed live from your operation.
A day in your business
A day between the counter and the job site
Counter sale
The till takes cash, card or QR with reference and issues the SIAT invoice; if the internet drops, it keeps selling in contingency.
Point of sale (POS)Try it right here
Raise prices across a whole category with a preview.
The pricing manager picks a category, sets the percentage and rounding and reviews before applying; each product adds a point to its price history. Press "Watch it run".
Try it right here
Negotiate the job-site quote in versions.
Compare two versions with changes highlighted, send the PDF, record the customer’s signature and split the quote into two orders by date.
Try it right here
A credit order the system won’t let ship.
Raising the quantity triggers the volume break; on confirmation the order exceeds the limit and is held until the credit manager releases it.
Try it right here
Ship what you have and invoice two orders together.
The order ships partially because one product is missing: validate the shipment, mark it delivered and invoice the customer’s two orders together. The pending balance stays open.

FAQ
Can I have one price for contractors and another for walk-in customers?
Yes. Price resolves by priority: customer price, then promotion, then price list, then base price. Lists have validity dates and quantity breaks by minimum and maximum.
Can I sell the same product by unit, box or meter?
The catalog supports several units of measure per product and kits to sell assembled sets. How they combine in your specific case is something we review with your catalog in the demo.
Does it plan delivery routes to job sites?
Not today. Shipments go through validated, in transit and delivered, with overdue lists and search by waybill number, but the system doesn’t build delivery routes.
