Sell more wholesale without losing control of credit.
Your reps take orders at the right price for each customer, the system holds whatever exceeds credit, the warehouse ships scanning every package, and collections applies one payment to several invoices. All with SIAT e-invoicing.
What your business lives with today
- Per-customer and volume prices live in spreadsheets that each rep reads their own way.
- Credit orders ship to customers who already owe too much.
- Overdue receivables are discovered at month-end, when it’s already too late.
- Package, lot or quantity errors in shipping end up as returns and complaints.
What you’ll measure
Sample indicators with illustrative data. In MKA they are computed live from your operation.
A day in your business
One wholesale order, from visit to cash
Planned visit
The rep follows the weekly visit plan and checks in and out by GPS at each customer.

A credit order the system won’t let ship.
Rep, system and credit manager: volume prices applied automatically, order held for exceeding credit, release with permission. Press "Watch it run".

Ship and receive by scanning every package.
The origin operator scans the packages; the destination operator receives them. A wrong package is rejected and a missing one is flagged.
Try it right here
One deposit, several invoices, receivables up to date.
Apply a single payment to overdue invoices and watch the aging buckets move.
Try it right here
Your reps’ visit plan.
The supervisor assigns visits by day; the rep checks in by GPS and records the order from the visit.

A month with MKA
What it looks like in a business like yours.
“An order over the credit limit no longer leaves the warehouse until I release it, and one deposit is applied to several invoices at once. Overdue receivables stopped being a month-end surprise.”
FAQ
Does it handle different prices per customer and quantity?
Yes. Price resolves by priority: customer price, then promotion, then price list, then base price. Lists have validity dates and quantity breaks by minimum and maximum.
Can I import my customers’ orders?
Yes, from a CSV file with a template, with a preview before confirming.
Does it optimize delivery routes?
Not today: MKA plans reps’ visits by day with GPS check-in, and shipments record carrier and tracking number, but it doesn’t build delivery routes.
