Quote, print and collect knowing what each job really cost.
Versioned quotes with quantity price breaks, orders that create manufacturing requests, staged orders on a kanban that consume paper and inks by lot, scrap and costs recorded on the order, partial shipments and collections, all on the same inventory that sells and invoices.
What your business lives with today
- You quote by eye and find out you lost money once the job has shipped.
- The customer changes paper or quantity three times and nobody knows which version was approved.
- Make-ready waste and reprints never show up in any cost.
- The press stops because the paper or ink nobody ordered in time ran out.
What you’ll measure
Sample indicators with illustrative data. In MKA they are computed live from your operation.
A day in your business
From the quote to the paid job
Versioned quote
Every change of paper, run length or finishing is a new version with its reason; you compare two versions side by side and the price follows quantity breaks.
QuotationsTry it right here
Compare versions, send the PDF and the customer signs.
Two versions with changes highlighted (a new one requires a reason), the PDF sent, the signature recorded and the quote split into two orders by date.
Try it right here
The supervisor confirms, the operator produces on a tablet.
The order starts and consumes components by lot, scrap is recorded, the QR label prints and the supervisor sees the real cost per package.
Try it right here
Ship part and invoice two orders on a single invoice.
The order ships partially, the shipment moves to delivered, two of the customer’s orders are invoiced together and the pending balance stays open on its own.
Try it right here
Split one payment across four invoices.
Invoices are marked from oldest to newest, the credit-note balance is added and the aging bars drop instantly.

FAQ
Does it calculate pieces per sheet or imposition?
Not today. You or your prepress software do that calculation. What it does keep is every quote version with its reason, so you know which paper, run length and price the customer accepted.
Does it connect to the printing presses?
There is no machine integration. Progress is recorded by the team as they move the order through stages and record consumption and scrap on it.
Can I deliver a run in parts?
Yes. You ship what’s ready, the order shows the pending balance and you invoice in full or in part; if the customer wants different dates from the start, you split the signed quote into several orders.
