MKA for labor-intensive companies

Your people at every post, and payroll that matches the clock-ins.

Biometric readers send the clock-ins, HR applies leave, vacations and shift swaps, and the confirmed summary flows into a payroll that calculates with the formulas your team defines. Supervision visits are logged at the customer’s site, the contract sets its SLA and the invoice goes on to collections. For security, cleaning, call center and outsourced service companies.

What your business lives with today

  • Clock-ins from dozens of sites arrive on USB sticks, photos of notebooks or chat messages.
  • Payroll is a spreadsheet with a thousand formulas nobody dares touch.
  • The customer complains about an uncovered post and there is no record of the supervision visit.
  • You pay payroll at month-end and the service collection arrives much later.

Field service

Try it right here

From the finger on the clock to the month’s payroll.

Staff clock in on the biometric reader (one arrives late), HR sees each clock-in instantly, builds the monthly summary, records a sick leave, confirms and syncs it to payroll without re-typing.

Try it right here

From HR’s formula to the PDF payslip.

Add a bonus to someone and watch the formula engine recalculate; approve and close, open the PDF payslips and generate the files for OVT, Gestora and the bank.

Try it right here

Browse the org chart and complete a personnel file.

Open a department, view a person’s profile and document checklist, tick what is missing and reassign them to another area: the previous assignment stays in the history with its date.

Try it right here

Dispatcher, technician and customer: one order on three screens.

Assign with schedule-clash detection, carry the order in "My day" on the phone, offline-first, through to the customer’s signature, and watch the customer follow the visit via a link without logging in.

FAQ

Does it build the shift roster for a 24/7 post?

Not today: there is no shift roster planner. Attendance receives clock-ins and records leave, vacations, holidays, shift swaps and hour paybacks, and the monthly summary is confirmed before it goes to payroll.

Does it come with overtime, premiums and contributions configured?

Formulas, tables and payroll types are configurable. The legal parameters are defined by your HR team or your advisor, and it is wise to validate them before closing the first period.

Which biometric clocks can be connected?

The device registry works with ZKTeco by default; each device sends its clock-ins to the system.
