MKA for bakeries & food

Make today what your stores will sell today.

Stores sell on the POS and order from the plant with a suggestion based on what they sold on the same weekday in recent weeks. Every morning the daily plan consolidates those requests with made-to-order demand, the recipe says which ingredients are needed, the order consumes from the lot that expires first and records scrap, every package leaves with its QR label and branches receive the dispatch by scanning each bundle.

What your business lives with today

  • Each store orders by phone at the last minute and the plant builds the plan by eye.
  • One store has product left at closing while another runs out mid-afternoon.
  • Ingredients are used without checking expiry and scrap never shows up in any report.
  • When a customer complains, you don’t know which ingredient lots went into that package.

Step 1/8

The store sells

Every POS sale deducts from the store’s stock; if the internet drops, the till keeps invoicing in contingency.

Point of sale (POS)

Try it right here

The store orders with the suggestion; the plant consolidates.

Each product’s suggestion is the average sales of the same weekday over the last 4 weeks; the manager adjusts and sends it, and Finished goods confirms the branch matrix in bulk to produce and ship.

Try it right here

Run MRP and decide line by line.

Three orders, the bread recipe and current stock: the system proposes making bread and buying flour and yeast, and every accepted line becomes an order or a purchase request.

Try it right here

The supervisor confirms, the operator produces on a tablet.

Components are consumed by FEFO, scrap is recorded, the QR label prints with its lot and the supervisor sees the actual cost per package.

Try it right here

Dispatch and receive by scanning each bundle.

Dispatch builds the transfer by scanning bundles (a duplicate is ignored, a foreign one rejected), the branch receives by scanning what came off the truck and the back office sees the shortfall flagged.

FAQ

Where does each store’s suggestion come from?

From what that store sold on the same weekday in recent weeks. Each quantity comes with its explanation and the manager adjusts it before sending; the system ships nothing on its own: the plant reviews and confirms.

Can I tell which ingredients went into a lot?

Yes. Orders consume ingredients by FEFO and the lot traceability panel shows the components and lots consumed, with expiry alerts.

Does it print the nutrition table or package labeling?

Not today. Every package produced leaves with its QR label and lot; the nutrition information and labeling your product requires are defined and validated outside the system.
