MKA for service companies

Sell hours and visits, not promises nobody tracks.

From quote to closed service: SLA contracts, skill-based dispatch, the technician’s day on their phone even without signal, approved hours per task and SIAT invoicing. For technical service, third-party maintenance, installers and consultancies.

What your business lives with today

  • Dispatch happens by phone and two visits end up at the same time.
  • You send the technician who can’t fix it and have to go back.
  • Team hours get pieced together at month-end from chats and memory.
  • Nobody knows which contract makes money and which one eats the margin.

CRM

Try it right here

Dispatcher, technician and customer: one order on three screens.

Assign with clash detection, run it in "My day" through to the signature and watch the customer follow the visit without logging in.

Try it right here

Compare versions, send the PDF and the customer signs.

Changes between versions are highlighted, the customer signs the PDF and when the signature is recorded the CRM opportunity is won automatically.

Try it right here

Preventive maintenance for your customer’s equipment.

From the hour meter to the preventive order closed on the technician’s phone, with parts, photos and signature.

Try it right here

From the finger on the clock to the month’s payroll.

The team clocks in on the biometric reader, HR builds the monthly summary with leave and syncs it to payroll without re-typing.

FAQ

Can the technician work offline?

Yes. The "My day" view is offline-first: it stores the queue, times and signatures, and syncs them when the signal returns.

Can I invoice at the customer’s site?

Not from field service: the invoice is issued from the invoicing module.

Does it work if I sell consulting hours, not visits?

Yes. Projects log hours per task with an approved weekly timesheet, and earned value shows whether the project is within cost.
