Privacy policy

1. Controller

Wanse S.R.L. (Tax ID 6094560011), registered at Jaime Zudañez #1150, La Paz, Bolivia, is responsible for the personal data collected on wanse.net. For any question about your data, write to ventas@wanse.net.

2. What we collect

  • "Book a demo" form: name, company, email, phone (optional), industry, country, modules of interest and the message you write.
  • IP address of whoever submits the form, to limit abusive submissions.
  • Visit statistics, aggregated and anonymous (see section 5).

We do not ask for sensitive data or data from minors.

3. Why we use it

  • To contact you to schedule and prepare the demo you requested.
  • To send you the quote or commercial information related to your request.
  • To protect the form against spam and abuse.
  • To understand, in aggregate, which pages are visited so we can improve the site.

The legal basis is the consent you give when submitting the form. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising.

4. Who we share it with

  • Form data reaches our sales team by email through our own mail server.
  • If you pick a day and time for the demo, the calendar is provided by Cal.com, which handles your data under its own privacy policy.
  • The site's fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google servers.

5. Cookies and analytics

This site does not use cookies. We measure visits with Umami, hosted on our own server: it uses no cookies, does not store your IP address or build a profile of you, and only produces aggregate figures (page views, country, device type). Your light/dark theme preference is stored only in your browser (localStorage) and is never sent to us.

6. How long we keep it

We keep contact data for 24 months from your last contact with us, or until you ask us to delete it.

7. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, update or delete your data, and withdraw your consent, by writing to ventas@wanse.net. These rights are recognized by the Bolivian Constitution (articles 21 and 130) and applicable Bolivian regulations.

8. Security

The site runs over HTTPS only, and access to contact data is restricted to the team handling your request.

9. Changes

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with its date. See also the legal notice.
