CRM

Every opportunity, visible and moving forward.

A Kanban pipeline where your sales team moves opportunities through stages, schedules activities and sees its forecast. When the customer signs a quote, the opportunity is won automatically.

Without MKA

  • The pipeline lives in a spreadsheet nobody updates.
  • Quotes say one thing and the CRM another.
  • You don’t know what you’ll close this month until it’s over.

Try it right here

Move deals, lose one and sign a quote.

The sales rep’s CRM view. Move a deal forward with one click (or by dragging it) and watch the weighted forecast rise; mark another as lost. Then sign one of Distribuidora Andina’s two quotes: the opportunity is won and the other is rejected automatically. Press "Watch it run" to see it play by itself.

Example flow

From a new contact to a paid sale

Step 1/6

A lead comes in

The opportunity is logged with its source, estimated amount and assigned rep.

Benefits

Why CRM in MKA

Visual pipeline

Drag opportunities across stages and view them by stage, by rep or as statistics.

Synced with quotes

Signing a quote wins the opportunity and rejects the other open quotes, in a single transaction.

Activities nobody forgets

Calls, meetings and tasks with an upcoming-activities feed for every rep.

Five sales reports

Conversion funnel, time in stage, win/loss by rep, forecast and lead source.

Weighted forecast

Each stage has a probability, so the forecast updates itself as the team works.

All the way to invoice and payment

The won deal carries on in the relationship map: quote, order, invoice and payment.

FAQ

Can I use the CRM without the rest of the ERP?

Yes. Modules are activated per company; you can start with sales and CRM and add the rest later without migrating data.

What happens to quotes when I lose an opportunity?

Open quotes not yet invoiced are rejected automatically, so sales reports don’t count dead offers.
