Accounting

Close the month without keying in a single entry.

Sales, purchases, collections and payments become journal entries through posting rules you define. You review the preview, run the batch, and your financial statements are already up to date.

Without MKA

  • Your accountant spends the first week of every month copying invoices into the accounting system.
  • A wrong entry gets “fixed” by deleting it, and nobody knows what happened.
  • Knowing what each branch or project spends means building a separate spreadsheet.

Try it right here

Try it: post a batch of documents with one click.

This is the accountant’s month-end screen: sales and purchase invoices waiting to be posted. Press “Preview” to see each rule’s entry, then “Run batch” and watch the trial balance update, still balanced. Reverse a voucher: it isn’t deleted, a counter-entry is created, and the journal shows it all. “Watch it run” plays it for you.

Benefits

Why Accounting in MKA

Automatic posting

Posting rules turn documents into journal entries. You see the batch preview first, then run it.

Audit trail

Every voucher records who did it and when. Mistakes are fixed by reversal, not by deleting.

Periods under control

Close, reopen and bulk-create periods. Year-end closing is reviewed with a preview before you confirm it.

Real cost centers

Trial balance and ledger per cost center, plus allocation runs to spread shared expenses.

Up-to-date statements

Journal, ledger, trial balance, balance sheet, income statement and financial ratios.

Painless migration

Wizards to import the chart of accounts and opening balances, plus an importer from the SIC/JAC system.

FAQ

Can I bring over my current books?

Yes. There are wizards to import the chart of accounts and opening balances, and a dedicated importer for the SIC/JAC system.

What if an automatic entry is wrong?

Before running you see the batch preview. If something was already posted, the voucher is reversed and the audit trail keeps both.

Does it handle multiple currencies?

It isn’t full multi-currency accounting. It includes an exchange-rate table for the US dollar (buy and sell) and the UFV value for your calculations.
